Dear Alan,
It has been three weeks you gave me a straight perm. I want to tell you how
much I LOVE my hair. It is so easy to take care of. It dries in a reasonable
amount of time. It looks great. I have had tons of compliments of it. I've already
given out three of your business cards to interested parties.
I always felt overwhelmed by my hair; it was thick, coarse, naturally curly
and absorbed humidity like a sponge until it was too frizzy.
I always wanted straight hair. And now thanks to you I have exactly that,
straight, happy hair. It's like having a head full of soft, shiny, silk threads.
I am thrilled to death and I wanted to let you know and thank you again for

Dear Alan,
About three weeks ago I received a straight perm for the fourth time in 2
years. I am as thrilled with it this time as I was the first. My hair is so
easy to take care of now. It dries so quickly with a blow dryer and without.
It is soft and shiny. The amount of time I save on hair care is amazing. I no
longer dread rainy or humid days that used to make my hair frizzy and unmanageable.
It is always straight and beautiful with a minimum of care.
I want to comment on the expertise of the technician that processed my hair.
I have never known anyone to be so careful and methodical when doing such a
tedious job. I have a lot of hair and I am assured that every strand was touched
by her skillful hands.
I can’t tell you how many strangers have approached me to tell me how beautiful
my hair is. One of the best compliment came from my sister who doesn’t give
them up easily. She said ‘Wow your hair is really shiny.
I am thrilled and will be back after the first of the year for my touchup.
